Okay, so you found your new family member but don't know what to do next?  Then read on!

I want you to tell me everthing about yourself!  Some things I ask are:

1) Where do you live?

2) What kind of house do you have (apartment, condo, house, acreage, etc)?

3) Do you rent or own?  (I need to know this so I know you are allowed to have animals at your rented place!)

4) Any kids?  How many?   How old?  Do they know how to handle dogs?

5) Married, single, divorced?   Do you live with any family members (ie: your parents) ?

6) Have you had dachshunds in the past?  What made you want to get one now?

REMEMBER - I have a lot of references, so if you would like to see them, just ask!

Once you are approved you have FOUR days to put a $200 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit down on your puppy.  If you have opened a layaway account, all funds in the account go towards the puppy of your choice.  You may pay that via PayPal (4% fee applies), money order, cash, or personal check (please allow 10 days to clear).  I DO NOT accept personal checks on the day of pick-up!

There are two documents you will need to sign upon choosing your puppy.

1) The deposit contract
2) Owner Information

I can do this through fax or e-mail (with a scanner).

When you come to pick oup your puppy you will sign the Puppy Contract.
